When Belle kissed him, it briefly went back to his normal voice and generally when he was around Belle his voice wasn’t as sing songy as it was normally. Anyone agree? Yes, I noticed that too. The more the power of the Dark One begins to take hold, the higher his voice becomes. Even Zoso (after Rumpel stabbed him) had a high-pitched voice. He giggled in a similar manner as Rumpel does.
