I was seriously going to let this go. I was going to walk away because in the larger scheme of things it doesn’t matter and you’re doing such a great job with the timeline that I could just live with it. But I think BAMF raises some good points and I think a lot of the issues we’re having have to do with when they shoot the episodes.
Belle clearly comes to the castle when it’s winter. Snow on the mountain, ect.
She opens the curtain because it’s spring and then the during the “Gaston/love is layered” scene it has been a few months since Belle arrived and now it’s spring and he’s been persuaded to keep the curtains open.
It’s not winter when they go to look for Robin, but I think it’s very early spring. But again, this has a lot to do with that fact that they were shooting this episode in March and they shot Skin Deep in January (because it aired in Feb).
So I think the curtain scene and the forest scene happen close to each other. But given her attire, it makes more sense for curtain scene to have happened second.
I just listened to the official podcast, no mention of timeline events to set us all straight.
