K&H had stated, in a previous interview, that we would meet Henry’s father in 2×06. I’m surprised how many people are still questioning that out there, but they are. 😕
Jane Espenson, during a live blog, stated this: that we should wonder why he hasn't already come to Storybrooke considering he'd gotten the postcard a while back. He's had lots of time to do so.
Could it be because as much as he loves Emma, he doesn’t want to run into Daddy Dearest?? ❓
