You’re right, Cora knows that she has to be extremely careful in this new land, so maybe she isn’t going to do the crime. Yes, it could be an accident or someone trying to frame her, now the problem with framing her is that the whole town has a motive to do so! Poor Regina!

In episode 21 last season, the fairies threw sleeping powder at King George’s guards without using a wand. They were carrying bags full of fairy dust and then throwing the dust at the guards. But I agree that Blue is kind of shady…

I think that maybe they finished making some fairy dust after King George burned Jefferson’s hat. I agree with Elle in that Blue most have kept it in case she had to use it against the bad guys.
