@ hjbau: Those photos are really intriguing, but I think they’re from episode 16 Heart of Darkness, based on the preview for this coming Sunday and the episode description of Mr. Gold representing Mary Margaret in court. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CLhu8Nrn8k0 If you watch the preview carefully, you’ll see that Mary Margaret is getting a mug shot taken in the same outfit as the photos, and Emma is wearing the same outfit in the photos as in the preview.
This is the spoiler section for ep. 17 Hat Trick. I think you’re right about us having yet to hear a convo between Mr. Gold and Mary Margaret. Perhaps Mr. Gold is offering Mary Margaret his services as a lawyer, and Emma looks disapproving. That or Mary Margaret called Mr. Gold with her one phone call in jail. Can’t wait until Sunday!
