It’s a paradoxical situation.When Snow was killing the soldiers,you might say it was a just cause,and she had no personal hate towards them.It was just war.With Regina and Cora it’s personal,there’s hate there.And Snow would be doing it not out of justice,but out of hate and spite.Charming said there’s a difference in 2×10″That was an asassination.This is an execution.”Also,in history,the Israelites were commanded to establish capital punishment and go to war against many other nations.Yet they instructed not to murder.There is a very fine line between the two situations.
