I think Jefferson is simply Jefferson (aka Mad Hatter), Baelfire is his own person, and Henry’s dad is someone else completely. I know it’s rather fashionable at the moment to assume one character is another (e.g. Cora is QoH) but I’m not necessarily on that band wagon either. So far the only person we’ve seen portray someone else is when Rumpel took the place of Cinder’s fairy godmother and the Beast. We’ve yet to see any other character take the place of another traditional fairy-tale. Of course, this being OUAT, I’m not closed to there being twists and turns along the way.
