Just rewatched the episode — I really think that the Queen of Hearts is Regina’s sister. In Wonderland, Regina made several catty remarks that seemed to be addressed to a family member. It’s almost like Regina’s in her shadow — while the QoH is all in red, Regina’s always in black.
Then again, Jefferson was in Wonderland when the curse hit. He belongs in FTL, so he was sent to Storybrooke. If the QoH is related to Regina, wouldn’t she also belong in FTL and then be affected by the curse and sent to Storybrooke, too?
