If you’ve never heard the old song “I’m my own grandpa”, I suggest you look it up, because you and the song writers apparently both have very good minds for complicated familial relationships. xD
Faux Pax: I did notice that Gold looked different! Is there any evidence of him being not-as-golden earlier chronologically? I just assumed he looked different because it’s earlier on… 20 years before most of the Snow White/Prince Charming/etc. things are going on. I know his voice changed a lot from when he was hanging out with Bae still, but I didn’t see if his face was any different in appearance. Has anyone else been keeping tabs on that?
Also, with Rumple’s attitude towards Regina– I kind of got the feeling that he kind of considered her as his rightful belonging. Like, he had a deal with Cora, and maybe got swindled or beaten out of it, but he always kind of still felt like he deserved to have Regina. So now that they’re reunited, everything was back the way he planned. I didn’t get so much paternal as maybe possessive? Anyone else get this vibe?
