This potential moment has generated more fanfic than possibly any other in the OUaT world! My opinion is that Belle doesn’t remember any more than anyone else and Regina has her locked away to be used as a pawn against Mr Gold when she needs him distracted or vulnerable. I think that was her motive for having the cup stolen — to sound Gold out as to 1) forcing him to reveal that he remembers who he is and 2) measuring how much he still loves Belle. And she got her answer in spades on both questions. Can’t wait to see how it plays out. Sawyer & Juliet x 10!!!
