I THINK this topic was visit way back in the beginning of the series but since it has been something that has not been given the definitive answer…. WE NEED TO REVIEW it again.
I do not think it was Cora.. but I have been SO WRONG before…. she is as good as a guess as anyone. I do not think Gold was involve with any one magical.
I do think whoever was Gold wife must have been the village beauty… maybe of loose morals who would go with any man as was hinted by the Baron/ Duke of the Castle.
OR …..
She was so judgmental and self-righteous she left him and did not stay with him when he was marked a coward. ( I frankly think he had justification for not wanting to be cannon fodder in a war not of his making.)
IF SHE SHOWS up she will be a character not yet seen in SB or FTL…. but I have a feeling this back story will not be investigate further. I think the writers tell the story and make a statement then leave it at that to go on to tell the story they are interested in…. I do not think they plan to show every detail and back story… from her on out they will be showing a more forward story and not as much back story.
When FTL is seen again I think it will be to push the SB story forward.
Who know I AM PROBABLY ALL WET IN MY THEORIES….
