I absolutely like this theory! Ridding the world of all magic would totally be in consistency of Rumpel always saying that “all magic comes with a price”. Magic seems to cause more trouble than it solves (we can argue about Pinocchio, Cinderella, Red’s coat, but still …).
The arrow part certainly had a Cupid/Robin Hood character. Maybe we’ll see something about it, though I doubt it.
Hm, I really like this “destroy all magic”-goal. You got me believing (no pun intended).
