Does anyone know what the nine deleted scenes are? I’m searching around everywhere and it’s very frustrating because of the lack of information. So far there is:
The scene between Regina and David
The scene between Snow and Emma
The scene between Graham and Emma.
I haven’t got my copy in the mail yet, not that I had time to watch it yesterday if I had, but there’s deleted scenes now up here, http://onceuponafanuk.tumblr.com/.
Hopefully, you can watch them before ABC tells them to take them down.
From most favorite to least favorite:
1. “A Waste of Time” – Obviously, as a big fan of the Baelfire is Henry’s dad theory, this one was my favorite.
2. “The Cradle” – This was another wonderful scene for me. I only wish it had been longer.
3. “Motherly Love” – I liked this one as well. I think they should have included this one because it softened up Regina a tad more than almost every other scene where she has tried to bond with Henry except for the ending of “A Land Without Magic”.
4. “Blood Is Thicker” – This one was pretty good even though I wasn’t a big fan of “That Still Small Voice”. Although I did love to hate Jiminy’s parent in that one, but conversely that episode lessened my like for the real Jiminy.
5. “Regina’s Sheriff” – While I haven’t read the theory so far of Graham being Henry’s father even with spoilers about possible time travel this season, I’m open to the idea because I do think Emma and Graham had chemistry; although I really don’t think it would work, but with this and Lost show who knows what can and can’t happen. However, I’m glad they didn’t include this scene because it felt like they were forcing Emma and Graham to have sexual chemistry too early. Plus, I think Emma comes across as really unlikable which probably wouldn’t have worked in the pilot, imo.
6.”Don’t Let Them See You Coming” – Ugh, if I thought that they were trying to force the sexual chemistry with Emma and Graham in “Regina’s Sheriff” then this scene really takes the prize. The last two scenes make me really worried that they’ll try the same approach when Emma’s true love does appear, but I really hope not. I dislike this scene even more than “Regina’s Sheriff” because at least Emma and Graham did have chemistry, imo, even early on.
Also, I dislike it because it feels more like another very unsubtle attempt from the show to get everyone to love August/Pinocchio by trying to make him into some kind of badass, wise world traveler, who gets all the ladies with his charm, when in reality he comes off as a poseur, and for me the actor is just too wooden, no pun intended, to pull off what the show is trying to do with the character. Maybe if they hadn’t try to force him with Emma so early on when he arrived, I think the character could have worked since I didn’t mind his scenes when he was paired off with other people, but unfortunately the show had to take the opposite approach.
