Yeah, kind of shocked he didn’t try to use sex appeal or flattery on the princesses last night -especially Aurora who seemed like the easiest target. Really the only indication that he was/is a lady’s man would be him boasting that ‘he’s slept with many a man’s wife’ – And I’m willing to bet that’s just him talking and trying to seem manly in front of his crew (and intimidate Rumple further). Maybe Milha was the rare case – she did claim to fall in love with his stories in one night. Maybe Hook is really just a great story-teller: ALL talk…at least about his sexual life. 😀

That could be true about him being all talk, but it’s sort of disappointing because Rumple, Regina, and dare I say even Cora in her brief scene with Hook, don’t seem so asexual. I mean he’s not totally that way, but definitely expected him to use his charisma and charm more, but not seeing it yet. I know it’s only been two episodes and I do like the actor so far just not as Hook. If he were just Killian Jones, I wouldn’t have a problem, but as Hook, there’s something lacking right now.

I actually would have been okay with Emma/Hook, at least as flirtatious thing, had they shown any spark last night, but since they didn’t, imo, I’m not really a fan of them trying to force anything. Yes, I know that she didn’t trust him, and he was trying to lie to her, but even then the love/hate type of relationship is always suppose to have passion from both sides from the start, and they had none. I mean I don’t ever see SwanQueen happening and certainly would never ship it, but I can’t deny that right away that the actors had a spark in their scenes, that I just didn’t see at all between Emma and Hook.

I also totally agree though that if he knew he wasn’t going to be able to use his charms on Emma, Snow, and Mulan, I really thought he was going to try to do so to Aurora since she actually believed him. Maybe if they would have gave that part of the show more time last night they would have, but I can’t believe they didn’t have him trying to seduce/charm her into letting him go or doing something that the other three wouldn’t have fallen for.
