It could part of Cora’s evil plan to turn the town against Regina, forcing Regina into her mother’s arms.
Would not give up on Archie yet, or assume that Archie is the character Regina is accused of murdering.
This promises some interesting dynamic in the charmed family (charming family, snowcharm family, whatever).
