Finally dragging myself in here for some CS loving after watching ep21 ……. No CS ……again 😥 😥 😥 & to make it worse Charming goes & punches Hook next week?!? Poor dude cant have an ep without being smacked about or tied up lol 😉 😆
I want to be all Nawww over Neil’s portal trip, but I was too busy going what the what!- we have how much his actions have broken & hurt you, leaving you unable to trust or love anyone at all for an entire decade & it only took one ‘I shouldn’t have listened to Pino’ sentence for all to be forgiven enough for you ‘need him’?! (I can understand love him- it’s not like it ended well, they share a child, he was being sucked into a portal to who knows where & she thought he was going to die- not sure why, it’s not like he was hit in the heart, lungs or stomach…. but its drama I suppose 😉 🙄 ). All was a stunned mullet when it was Tamara holding the gun- that wasnt her hand, as JMo has a freckle on that exact same finger, in that exact same place & the actress who plays Tamara doesn’t! A&E playing head games with us I thinks 😯 😉 😕 😈 😆
If Emma is now truly over what he did to her (as in, those issues don’t come back to the fore when he shows back up etc), I have to admit, I may be out- that’s just too big of a screw over for me to bother investing in watching the show anymore if that’s how it goes down (esp after 2 flippn years of how much what he did, damaged her- it took her WAY more to get ‘why’ & start getting over Snowing sending her through the wardrobe after all) 🙁
I also want Henry to get the REAL story (not to mention Snowing as well) of what happened & REALLY SEE how it has affected Emma- then & only then will he truly start going- ok, Dad hurt Mum deeply enough that they aren’t together, but they can be friends because they both love me… I’m so sick of the swept under the rug excuses for what happened, instead of them being addressed- Henry & Snowing need the details of what happened & why- not just the ‘he hurt me’ line, but the he had me sent to prison for his crime stuff. It’d be nice to have Charming actually hit someone for the right reasons for a change 😉 .
So I’m REALLY, REALLY hoping that if SF try a 2nd time around, these issues come to the fore pretty quickly, like he’s out late or something & Emma starts getting really anxious etc & it gets addressed- I just cant see them lasting, as at the end of the day, if Neil hurt Emma as much as we’ve had drummed into us for the last 2 years… repeatedly, then I don’t see them being end game- I’d rather some guy called Prince Derek was her end game (Swan Princess 😉 ), than Neil, if Not Killian….. Or Killian could be Prince Derek (to Emma’s Swan Princess- Odette, then we don’t lose characters or stories)… I wonder if we can find parallels for CS in that story too 😉
I Really hope A&E aren’t just stringing us along, to try keep us watching the show- I want the pay off we where promised & that they hinted at (with all the subtlety of a freight train 😆 😆 😆 )
LOVE your thinking on Jolly Roger, CS scenes MysteryKat- If we don’t get it next week, we need it early next season!
I’m staying away from twitter & pretty much all threads except this one etc until after next week- I’d just get so offended & start steaming if I read quarter of the Hook/Killian/CS hate I’ve heard is going around- but dropping logic bombs on people who are celebrating (even those in a negative way) isn’t something I really like to do, so I’ll just have to avoid the situation as best I can 😉
As an aside- has A&E ever out right said SQ is never going to happen??? I’m just wondering if they entertain those fans with their ‘never give up hope’ spiel, despite it pretty much being totally fan created.
