I have a theory about the Dragon. A lot of people, including me, have been joking that The Dragon could be Mushu from Mulan. Well what if he is of sorts? He could have been Mulan’s protector and guide just as Mushu was in the cartoon Disney version of Mulan. Not necessarly turing into a “pocket-sized lizard” but just helping Mulan and being there for her.
