Why did Jefferson go to Wonderland originally? Did Rumple send him? What did Rumple think was in Wonderland originally that would help him? If we assume that Rumple sent Jefferson there for some item and Jefferson didn’t discover it, that would lead Rumple to conclude that Wonderland is an annoying little world, not worth of his time. But still, it begs the question, what did Rumple THINK was there to warrant going?
