I think it’s not safe to say that true love’s kiss will break it. She’s not exactly under a curse. We don’t entirely understand how this line erases memory. It could just be how the world is. We don’t 100% know it’s a spell or a curse. Plus if it was that easy then Snowing would’ve cured the whole curse ages ago when David and Mary Margaret had their ‘affair’ of sorts right?
I do like the whole swallowing his pride and giving the wand to the blue fairy. That has been his possession and for him to maybe give up the wand will show he’s really changing and that he truly loves Belle. I’m hoping for this because he needs Belle back!
