Regina seemed pretty thorough in her planning of the identities…Mr. Gold even made requests about being rich. I personally doubt Regina wouldn’t give one to Belle especially if she planned on using her later. What kind or how detailed it is I don’t know but even David in a coma had memories of his storybrooke life. Maybe since Belle was all about experiencing life Storybrooke Belle is all about living in her own mind….
