Implies that she KNOWS she lost her magic, thus having all her memories. Yes, I believe she followed Bae’s whereabouts at all times. I believe that she manipulated the adoption and had outside assistance from August. Gold may have procured Henry for Reggie but Blue set the whole thing up without Gold knowing.
However, I will never believe that Blue is bad. As much as she has a snotty little attitude, she represents good in this story.
