Obvious? To me and TheGoldenKey it was obvious long before eps 5 aired.
We posted our theory on a few different boards.
You wouldn’t believe how nastily other people disagreed with us….made fun of us.
No one believed us……only a handful of people (literally like 5 or 6 others) shared our thoughts/ideas/enthusiasm/anticipation and/or had similar theories.
It was only obvious to other people when the promo gave it away the week before episode 5 aired.
Then everyone and their brother realized he was Victor Frankenstein.
