And I agree–people stick up for Regina and Rumpelstiltskin when they have done far worse things, and have yet to feel true remorse for their actions. Not once have they said, “I’m sorry,” to the people they have hurt or admit they were wrong. They both (though I will say that Regina is making a bit more progress than Rumpelstiltskin) seem to still almost either justify their actions, come up with the same old excuses, or dismissed their actions entirely.

And yet when August does wrong, he has a whole army against him 🙄

And unlike Regina and Rumpelstiltskin, I do think August may feel guilt–that might be why he is hiding out. He may be too ashamed.

It’s probably why he became a favorite of mine. I tend to like the “underdogs” so to speak. Although, I still love Emma and Jefferson more. I sure hope we get those scenes of Jefferson and August from Hat Trick later on down the road.
