It’s really hard to say. We have no idea what point in time or even where he landed in our world. He could be anywhere from medieval Europe to Japan in a futuristic space age. Regardless of where or when he landed, he definitely would’ve had trouble adjusting. I wouldn’t be surprised if he had run-ins with the police every now and then. Like you said-he had no parents, no education, and no idea of where he was in our world.
