Gotta say, I am glad that other characters are back to taking the spot light. This season was spent largely on putting Regina on a pedestal. 🙂 I get that we are to feel sorry for her, but I found it a bit annoying that we are supposed to overlook everything that she has done because she had a bad childhood.
Rumpelstiltskin is a good character (not really one that I a huge about of pity for pity, though) so it will be great to have him back in the story. And if Neal is his son, it will be interesting to see how the confrontation will go. Baelfire will not be happy about what he had done–creating the curse, helping to curse everyone to be miserable, his role in seperating Emma and him, and more.
As much as I may feel a bit for Rumpelstiltskin, I think Baelfire is the one more deserving if sympathy. He is the one that had to watch his father murder, his mother left him for her lover, his father chose magic over him, and he was sent to a land without magic all alone.
