ok, so apparently Jane Espenson, when asked about Neal coming to Storybrooke, she replied “What makes you so sure he is coming to SB?” which makes me think – it's obvious he has some connections with magic, otherwise he would've acted differently to August's mystery box. Maybe he isn't coming to SB at all but straight to FTL????
Anyway, if/when he’s going to SB, I would love to see Emma kick his ass for deciding her future for her. In the end this ruined everything she could have and changed her view on the world around her. True, this is also August’s fault, but let’s be honest – Neal has been around Emma long enough to know her better than this. If this was so important for her to go to SB and break the curse, why couldn’t he just try to convince her himself? Or, even, “by accident” take her there for “random spontaneous holidays” and see what happens? And, personally, he’s no match for her anyway, it would be way too predictable if the two ended up together again.
One thing I’d like to see is how would Emma go about telling Henry about his father – she lied to him about this before so it’s a super-delicate area right now!
