I guess whoever heart Snow crushes dies. You think she’d do a bit of research before she crushes it to make sure it’s the right one… ANd seeing Cora said she had her heart well hidden, I can’t believe it would be that easily found.
Another thing… well two actually
1 How does Snow know Cora has no heart, when Regina does not (obvious from when she sends Hook out to kill her, which is days before the curse (oh so that’s why that story of Welcome to Storybrooke is coming this season, it ties in to that *ephiphany*)
2 Why is crushing a heart bad enough to change, when Snow and Charming killed dozens of soldiers (poor sods that were doing their job for an evil ruler, but most likely were not bad) and that did not change them in the least… But all of a sudden when it is about killing Regina or Cora, it matters? *senses plot hole*
OMG… What about Granny? Major enough to be extremely terrible, minor enough not to be missed (seeing her role is pretty much played and I don’t see a romance for her future) Plus she made bad decisions in the past, which heartless people seem to do, like when not telling Red about who she was…. She could also have traded her heart against the cloak, so in that way, it would make sense. And again, it ties into “Welcome to Storybrooke”. Her death would send everyone down memory lane, as Granny’s is the heart of Storybrooke
