Yes, especially since when we saw their version of the Rumple story, the name wasn’t important at all, yet in Manhattan he tells Emma that he traffics in names. What does that even mean when his name has never been his greatest secret?

I think that is because he didn’t want his father to find him.

As for the boat issue usually if you are a Capt of a ship you know how to dock and the boat was invisible so no one could take it latter unless you know where the boat was. If you remember Red came out to meet Emma and the dock and it look like Emma just got out of a row boat.

Note: On the one preview it looks like the 3 lost boys coming on land in a row boat and maybe Bae is with them.
