I’m pretty sure its the same dress–despite the cuffs because the way those lace bell sleeves are, I suspect they’re getting caught inside the sleeve in some shots when the actress moves her arms around.
So who stole the clothes ? Regina or Wicked? I think Wicked because she moves into Regina’s castle and finds her stuff. Then she declares she’s going to take everything from Regina or something like that….
