Maybe it’s Little John’s funeral in 3×16
Saw someone’s theory on tumblr yesterday that the cemetery scene could be a memorial of some kind for Rumple. I actually think that makes a lot of sense, providing they have it at the start of the ep, just to remind everyone how much he’s missed, and then by the end of the ep, BOOM SURPRISE HE’S BACK. Providing time is still passing at a reasonably slow rate in SB, I think it could work that by 316 we have Belle having arranged for a memorial for him. Even if they did something similar in FTL, if they’re gonna be forgetting what happened during that time, then it’d make sense if Belle wanted to do something for him in SB.
