I still think the key word here is that a main characters WANTS to get pregnant, and I don’t think Snow wants that while she’s trying to save Henry in a hostile environment. I do think Snow will want a child eventually, but only after she, David, Emma and Henry are safely back in SB or in the EF one day.

I still think “wants” is being used in the context of irony eg: Cora’s father wanted to starve because he would lie around drunk instead of doing any work. None of the women “want” to be pregnant because they’re trying to focus on finding, that Henry doesn’t mean Snow won’t be pregnant. Neverland would be the worst possible place for her to find out she’s with child, it ups the stakes for getting out alive.
