In season TWO:
Belle–2 centric episodes, The Outsider and Lacey
Bae–1 centric episode, Second Star to the Right
Hook–2 centric episodes, if you count the Crocodile as 1, and Straight On Till Morning
Snow and/orCharming–4 centric episodes, Lady of the Lake, The Cricket Game, The Queen is Dead, The Evil Queen
Regina–4 centric, We are Both, The Doctor, Welcome to Storybrooke, The Evil Queen
Rumple–4 centric, The Crocodile, Manhattan, The Miller’s Daughter, Lacey
Often times characters share centric episodes or it’s divided equally, such as
The Queen of Hearts — Cora, Regina and Hook
Rumple HAS ALWAYS been one of the most major parts of this show. He is not some new character dropped into the storyline.
Snow and Charming were the jumping off point of the series. They are still it’s heart. This hasn’t changed. But the story evolves. It is moving the characters forward. Snow and Charming are still Emma’s parents, Henry’s grandparents and still have a feud with Regina. They aren’t going anywhere. A and E did NOT change the story because people were bored with Snowing and Emma. They shortened the story of Emma and Snow in FTL because they got the rights to PP like they always wanted and it changed slightly. The way the cast is set now is probably the way it will always be with new faces showing up every now and then to highlight the stories of the main cast.
