Henry is kidnapped from the mine and they go find him. Hook sails up to the dock and they hop on his boat. There’s no time for a costume change anywhere in there. Couldn’t find a shot of her on the docks that showed the end of a sleeve under her coat, but she’s still got the red scarf.
I think Adam just got confused when he was answering those questions, because it makes no sense. Her having time to change on the boat, before the storm, would make sense.
