I feel like after all the fiasco last year with people reporting they were planning on recasting Jefferson that they said they weren’t interested in recasting ANYBODY.

That casting call does sound awfully similar though, but really most thieves would probably be shown trying to steal something from Rumplestiltskin. Wonder what other thieves could be lurking in FTL?

It just seems way too similar to RH, right down to the fact that he stole magic from Rumple to save someone he loved. Either they’re re-casting or they’re gonna rehash the exact same plot point with someone else already. Neither option really appeals to me, but I’d prefer the former.

Rufio is probably a placeholder for a similar type role, although it would be weird to not just code-name it something else. I feel like we were misdirected with Felix which is the general desire of such things (there was debate as to PP or a Rufio-esque character). By saying Rufio it kinda has to be him or “a Pan” which gives stuff away, yet we haven’t seen an actual casting call for PP even though we know he’s coming. I have a feeling that’s because they don’t want to reveal ANY details about him at all (kinda hard to put out a call without giving any specifics whatsoever!)

Yes, this whole Rufio situation is perplexing. I agree that they probably wouldn’t want to reveal any details about their take on PP.

One thing I’m liking about these casting calls being leaked is that hopefully it means we’ll be getting some actual casting announcements soon. *fingers crossed*
