I’m open to thinking the Duke may be apart of PP’s entourage, but I think you are making him into a much more important character than he has ever been presented. We’ve heard about him once and not since 108. Bringing him back as the true BIG BAD just makes no sense given how dark and terrifying they’ve set up PP and NL to be.
