I’m not convinced that the grey in his hair is actually a thing, I think it might just be something that’s showing up in photos but it’s not a true representation of his actual hair colour. If they’re deliberately trying to make him look significantly older, he’s the only one they’re doing it for, because the rest of them still look exactly the same age. So I’m not convinced that it’s a flashforward situation.
Good point. In my banner for instance, the sun is hitting his head so that it look like he’s got extra gray on top. Could just be nothing in the photos.
