True. But I think they need to resolve the triangle for sure by the end of the season. And the only way to do that, at least in my view, is let the “non winning” ship be shown why it can’t be endgame. And the only way to do that, short of TLK, is to let Emma try to be with that guy.
I don’t want CS to drag on for all of S3. If they are going to go on a few dates, I want a nice break-up by no later than 3×13 with a clear pro-SF theme for 3×14, the anniversary of “Manhattan.” What can I say? I’m an eternal dreamer? I want the CS story to be neatly resolved so that SF can start to rebuild their relationship by the end of S3. I think it’s safe to say that if OUAT is only going to be 4 seasons long, then it makes the most sense for whichever ‘ship is “endgame” to start to pull ahead by the end of S3.
