I reckon the body switching he’s referring to is 1) Pan and Henry both getting back in their correct bodies, and 2) Pan switching to Malcolm right before he dies. There’d be chaos and hell to pay if they made Neal and Hook switch bodies, so I dunno that they’d actually go there.
