Wow it’s funny that after I posted my essay on CaptainFairy (here) There’s a lot of talk that it might actually happen LOL, especially with ABC’s picture of them two together. I’m not gonna lie I want them together really badly. (But not now, Hook needs to straighten up first and apologize) I can predict that they’re gonna insert Tink into the love triangle somewhere down the road turning it into a love rhombus. If you think about it, it’s storytelling 101. They need to keep up with the dramatic tension. You can’t have Hook who is trying to redeem himself not get his happy ending but you can’t get him together with the main heroine Emma so they pair him up with Tink. Emma and Neal (The main hero and heroine) have been conceived since the first season so you can’t get them together too fast that’s why you insert Hook to shake things up a bit, they’ll have their struggles and break-ups and make-ups until they finally get together in the end. Kinda Cliche I know but it’s their journey that keeps me watching.
I’m just sort of thinking a loud. Sorry if I seem to be rambling. I wish that A&E still did the official podcast to explain a bit more about the episode and clarify a few things. There are many instances where a certain scene goes either way but they clear it up and I always agree with the interpretation that THEY give. It’s their story regardless of how others see it.
