So there weren’t many major SF developments tonight, but I did love Neal’s line to Emma. “This isn’t over. I’ll see both of you again.” It reminded me so much of Belle’s line to Rumple in 1×22. “I know the future isn’t always what it seems. I will see you again.” And really, the CS developments weren’t nearly as bad as I’d been expecting. While I certainly didn’t love the way that Emma looked at Hook as they said goodbye, but I did love the way that Hook’s kiss failed to awaken Emma from her curse! Does this mean what I think it means? That Hook is not Emma’s true love? Could her true love really be Neal?!?! Of course, I’m sure the CS crowd will try to spin it that Hook has to make her fall in love with him to lift her curse like David did for Snow White in 1×16 “Heart of Darkness.” Yet, it seems like TLK would be strong enough to lift this curse, since it’s not a potion she drank, but an actual curse. Hmmmmm….I’m thinking only Neal can break Emma’s curse! And any CS developments that happen in NYC will happen while Emma is not in her right mind, just as I’d predicted!
