@Phee: I think you’re exactly right. It would be very in Neal’s character to hesitate because he wants Emma to have her happy ending. He’ll never stop fighting for Emma to have her happy ending, even if that means without him. But I *love* the idea of a conversation with Belle helps him.
@Slurpeez108 I have also been wondering if the wedding of Swalsh/MonkeySwan/Walswan (whatever) might be the season finale Keck spoiled. They’ve never really explored how a Cursed! Character feels about someone they were romantically involved with after the curse ends—David and Katheryn for example. Friends? And Emma does care about him, even if she’s not wholly ready in 3×12 to marry Walsh. But obviously the wedding won’t go through (Gorham is on another show, after all). but I also agree that I don’t really want it to play out that way. S4 is probably our last and Emma needs to be with her choice before then so that they can start developing them as a couple to get to happily ever after by 4×22
