So I had a thought after the sneak peek with Neal’s drawings in the cave, and the line of him having received his talent from his mother, what if Neal drew the pictures for the book? it doesn’t quite make sense so I put it here as its more of a shippy thought that Henry might have had a tie to Neal long before he knew. Also maybe Neal was a children’s book illustrator in New York, something you might get away with doing with no formal education, long as your art was inspired and good, and someone noticed you.
