It’s a good point, about the media telling us what they want us to know to try and make us think what they want us to think. For all we know, Philip and Aurora are actually with them, but they only have 2 horses, so Neal has to ride shotgun with Mulan. I can see any of MAP giving Neal a pep-talk (if he even needs one) about getting up and finding a way back to Emma and Henry. Mulan’s all about not giving up in general, but Philip and Aurora are an example of a couple who fought to be reunited against the odds TWICE in very recent history.
