While I don’t think Henry will actually die, I do think his life will be in danger. The reason Felix spared Baelfire’s life is because he isn’t Henry, and so by implication, when Peter does eventually get ahold of Henry, his life will be in jeopardy. Judging by the title, Peter Pan could be after the heart of the truest believer (i.e. Henry’s heart) for some unknown reason. However, Rumple will somehow intervene and in the end save his grandson from a perilous fate. However, the cost might be Rumple’s dark magic.
