Going back to whether Henry has magic or not, Eddy and Adam have already strongly hinted back in March that he does:
If magic runs in the family, could Henry (Jared Gilmore) also have magical powers?
Kitsis: That’s always a possibility. He is the product of both dark and light magic.
To me, that smacks of a roundabout ‘yes’ that Henry does indeed have magic. He is borne of the Savior and raised by the Evil Queen. His grandfather is the Dark One. All of those things make Henry more likely to be magical than not. The fact that his is likely also the Truest Believer makes that possibility even more certain in my mind.
