I theorized that “wrinke” could be a nod to the well-known book “A Wrinkle in Time” in which a child travels through time and space to find her missing father on another planet. This could mean that while RH and Neal are in transit, they end up somewhere else other than NL (a la “Gulliver’s Travels”).
