OK, so having now seen it, I can officially say that Freaky Doll is freaky!

It represents his relationship with his father, and the similarities he has with his father. So in keeping that doll with him, he’s being constantly reminded of his daddy issues, his abandonment issues, and his cowardice.

Belle told him to let the past so, go he ditched the doll, hoping to free himself of the burden of the past, so he could do the right thing by Henry. But the doll came back to him, so NL(/PP?) doesn’t want him to forget his past.

So, does NL want him to have the constant reminder of his past because it will hinder his mission…or because it will help his mission? What exactly is NL hoping Rumple will succeed/fail at achieving?

One thing I noticed though – does the jacket remind anybody of anything? It’s blue with gold trim, right? Like the one Beast usually wears? Just something I noticed. πŸ™‚

Yep, someone posted side by side pics on tumblr recently and they look really similar. Love that sort of attention to little details.
