The fact that the doll comes from Rumple’s dad and symbolizes his own cowardice is huge! The fact that Peter Pan had the doll likely means that Rumple was a Lost Boy on the island once. The fact that Rumple tried to throw it away yet it repeatedly returns is straight out of a horror film. I think that something big must happen before that doll can be destroyed. I’m just not sure yet how.
