What you’re suggesting is that Killian’s using Emma’s potential weakness and taking it to his advantage. That’s just really screwed up.
We only saw Hook and Bae one time, for all we know there could be more to there story that we haven’t seen yet. Maybe something did happen after Pan took him. Maybe Hook helped him get back to another world. We don’t know.
I personally don’t see this as Hook taking any kind of advantage. He being able to understand Emma is comforting her when Rumple has likely crossed the line.
Also I think it’s wrong to call him Hook when it’s clear as day in this scene he’s Killian.
