Given that we’ve already seen that very similar lion motif in the show already, I think there’s gotta be some connection to George. The lion in Robin’s tatt is facing the opposite way to the lion in George’s crest, which could mean something or could mean nothing.
I will laugh if he’s actually related to George, because then the family tree gets even more twisty, considering Charming was kinda sorta for about 5 minutes fake related to George. Regina would end up with someone who is actually related in some way to the Charmings. YAY for one big happy family. 😉
